‘LLCrafts’ Featured Article in
‘Local Women’ Magazine

2010-I was delighted to be contacted by local magazine ‘Local Women’, to have an article written about myself and my business.

Journalist ‘Clare Weir’ met me at ‘Ballymena Show’ where I was exhibiting and offered me an interview, telling about how my ‘LLCrafts’ business started, my inspirations and how my business has grown.

The interview was daunting, with me rambling on but Clare produced a brilliant full page feature - titled ‘Maid in Ballymena’ telling my story with photographs, which was fantastic.

You can read more and see more photos on my ‘Facebook’ page www.facebook.com/album

It was very exciting to see myself in this great local magazine, which is available ‘FREE’ from all newsagents and shops on every last Thursday of the month. Do look out for it, I would recommend it!

A huge ‘Thank You’ to Clare for ‘my moment’!
Thanks a million!

2007-Myself ‘LLCrafts’ and NI Chef ‘Jenny Bristow’ teamed up to raise funds, by collecting money from all over Northern Ireland. I supplied the winning prize, a hand painted milkpail with Jenny’s signature and the BHF logo displayed on the image.

Over the duration of the fundraiser, the fantastic sum of £3500 was raised, which we were delighted with.
